IAP CERTIFICATION
PINPOINT COMMUNICATION FURTHER MAXIMIZES YOUR FLEETS OPERATIONAL EFFICIENCY WITH IAP CERTIFICATION
Transport Certification Australia Limited (TCA), the organisation administering the Intelligent Access Program (IAP) has announced today that Pinpoint Communications Pty Ltd (Pinpoint) has received certification as an IAP Service Provider.
Chris Koniditsiotis, Chief Executive Officer of TCA welcomed the announcement stating that, 'This gives the transport sector even greater choice when selecting an IAP Service Provider for provision of regulatory and commercial services.'
Pinpoint is an Australian owned and operated company. Incorporated in March 2000 Pinpoint has quickly built an impressive domestic and overseas client base that includes the provision of telematics solutions to transport and logistics operators, government and overseas law enforcement authorities.

The IAP is a program that provides transport operators of heavy vehicles with improved access to Australia's road network in return for GPS monitoring of compliance with specific access conditions. In return, the IAP provides road authorities with greater confidence heavy vehicles are complying with the agreed road access conditions.
Under the IAP, participating heavy vehicles are monitored using telematics services with an in-vehicle unit (IVU). The IVU is supplied and operated by an IAP Service Provider who is certified by TCA.
Only IAP Service Providers, identified by the IAP Certification Symbol, can provide IAP services.
